Alton Towers offers a limited number of spaces for guests with disabilities, These are reserved for those who have a Blue Badge identifying a mobility issue.
Parking is situated next to the main admissions plaze alongside the Express Car Park.
> BUYING TICKETS / ENTERING THEME PARK:
Guests with a disability pay the standard entry fee and are eligable to receive discounted tickets for up to three helpers.
Proof of disability will be requested, which may include..
Attendance Allowance Book.
Invalidity Benefits Book.
Blue or Orange parking permit.
> WHEELCHAIR HIRE:
A limited number of wheelchairs are avaiable for hire from guest services at a cost of £10. A £20 refundable deposit is also required.
> GUIDE DOGS:
Guide dogs are welcome in the Theme Park but they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides.
> HOTEL ACCESS:
Lift access is avaiable to all floors of the hotels. Hotel shops, restaurants and games room are all accessible to guests with disability
> TOILETS:
Toilest with disabled access are available throughout the Theme Park. See resort map for locations.
> HOTEL PARKING:
Parking bays to the front of the Alton Towers Hotel and to the right of the Splash Landings Hotel.
